How can I place an order?
Choose your product, add it to your cart, enter your delivery details, and complete the online payment to place your order.
What payment methods are available?
AJISTYLZ accepts online payments through the payment options available at checkout, including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and other supported methods. COD is not available.
2. Shipping & Tracking
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Remote locations may require additional time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details. You can use the tracking information to check your shipment status.
Which courier service do you use?
AJISTYLZ uses Shiprocket to manage shipping and delivery through its available courier partners.
3. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can request cancellation before your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Can I return a product?
Returns may be accepted for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products. Return requests should generally be made within 48 hours of delivery.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the package and product. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
How long does a refund take?
After an eligible cancellation or return is approved and verified, the refund is generally processed within 5–7 business days. The actual credit time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
